Engineered to perform under demanding conditions this kit features cast-iron bodies suitable for temperatures ranging from -22deg;F to 140deg;F. Allowing for parallel series and tandem circuit configurations it includes protection against load checks on each section. Open and closed center options with Power Beyond capabilities are available.

The kit's interchangeable hardened steel spools offer a variety of selections including double acting single acting motor cylinder and float. Auxiliary valves for ports A and B along with multiple mid-inlet modules and a venting valve provide additional flexibility.

Controls can be manual cable electric electro-hydraulic proportional hydraulic pneumatic proportional pneumatic or electro-pneumatic. The flow rating is 12 GPM with optimal fluid viscosity between 12 cSt to 75 cSt and a fluid temperature range from -4deg;F to 185deg;F with standard NBR seals.

Operating pressure reaches up to 5100 PSI on ports P A and B. Internal leakage measures between 1.1 - 1.52 insup3;/min at 2285 PSI with a maximum back pressure of 363 PSI on outlet port T. Recommended filtration is ISO 4406: 19/16 for enhanced efficiency.

got a machine that sees some cold mornings and hot afternoons. what temps will this valve kit handle?

For the valve body itself, the ambient temperature range is -22°F to 140°F. On the hydraulic side, with standard NBR seals the fluid temperature range is -4°F to 185°F.

What kind of control options come with this valve kit, we run both electric and manual setups on different machines and need something that'll work across the board.

Optimal fluid viscosity should be between 12 cSt to 75 cSt, though it can handle a minimum of 10 cSt and a maximum of 400 cSt.
