The Salami VD8A Series Working Section offers robust performance with its maximum operating pressure of 5100 PSI on ports "P" "A" and "B" making it suitable for demanding industrial applications. This high-quality product from Salami Hydraulics NA Inc is engineered for reliable operation within an ambient temperature range from 86deg;F to 140deg;F.

Designed with a flow rating of 20 GPM and an acceptable fluid temperature range of -4deg;F to 185deg;F when using standard NBR seals it ensures optimal functionality under various conditions. The fluid viscosity parameters span 12 cSt to 75 cSt for optimal operation with a minimum of 10 cSt and a maximum of 400 cSt.

Featuring an internal leakage rate of 1.52 - 2.13 insup3;/min. at 2285 PSI the Salami VD8A/VDM8 VA Setting is built to maintain efficiency. Additionally it supports a maximum back pressure of 363 PSI on the outlet port T.

Technical data has been tested using mineral oil with viscosity of 16 cSt and contamination level 19/16 as per ISO 4406. To maintain peak performance it is recommended to use filtration standards ISO 4406: 19/16.

What kind of oil should I be using in this thing? Gotta keep it running smooth, you know.

what's the max pressure this section can handle on the work ports?

Ports P, A, and B are all rated to 5100 PSI. The outlet port T has a separate back pressure limit of 363 PSI, so keep that in mind when you're sizing up your return line setup.
