The Salami VDM6/D/U4S is a versatile monoblock valve featuring a rugged cast-iron construction, ideal for demanding industrial applications. Designed by Salami S.p.A, this valve offers parallel circuit operation with load check valve protection, ensuring reliable performance. With a flow rating of 12 GPM and the ability to handle a maximum operating pressure of 5100 PSI on ports "P", "A", and "B", it meets the needs of high-pressure environments.

Featuring hardened steel, nickel-plated spools, the valve is crafted for superior surface hardness and corrosion resistance. It also includes a variety of spool types and interchangeable spools to minimize internal leakage, ensuring efficient fluid control. The Salami VDM6/D/U4S operates effectively within an ambient temperature range of -22deg;F to 140deg;F and maintains optimal fluid viscosity between 12 to 75 cSt.

Additional features include a tandem circuit available on the first spool of the circuit, a venting valve, and power beyond capabilities. This monoblock valve is also compatible with various spool control and positioning devices. Recommended filtration for this model is ISO 4406: 19/16, maintaining system cleanliness and reliability.

what's the max pressure this valve can handle? running a system that spikes pretty hard and don't want to blow anything out

Rated at 5100 PSI on the pressure port and both work ports, so it holds up well under high-demand conditions. That's a solid ceiling for most industrial hydraulic setups pushing hard cycles. Just keep in mind the back pressure limit sits at 363 PSI, so your return line needs to stay well below that threshold.
