The Salami plug for carry over (for 1 sectio) features a robust cast-iron monoblock construction supporting up to 5 spools ensuring durability and high performance in demanding environments. Designed with a parallel circuit and load check valve protection it includes venting and power beyond valves.

This component's hardened steel nickel-plated spools present an elevated surface hardness and resistance to corrosion. With a variety of spool types and control devices the internal leakage is kept minimal ranging from 1.52 to 2.13 in/min at 2285 PSI.

The product offers a maximum back pressure of 363 PSI and operates efficiently at pressures up to 5100 PSI on ports "P" "A" and "B". Suitable for fluid viscosities ranging from 10 to 400 cSt it performs optimally within a 12 to 75 cSt range and accommodates an ambient temperature range of -22F to 140F.

For optimal functionality recommended filtration adheres to ISO 4406: 19/16 standards. The auxiliary valves on port A/B add to its flexibility making it a reliable choice for various industrial applications.

Will this plug work with standard mineral oil, or do I need something special?

It works fine with standard mineral oil, especially if you're running a viscosity around 16 cSt. All the technical data was collected using mineral oil with that viscosity and a contamination level of 19/16 per ISO 4406.

what's the pressure rating on the A and B ports for this monoblock valve? trying to figure out if it'll hold up on a loader application we been running pretty hard

Ports P, A, and B are all rated to 5100 PSI maximum operating pressure. Maximum back pressure on the return side tops out at 363 PSI. For a hard-working loader setup that stays within those limits, this valve is built to handle it. The cast-iron monoblock body and hardened nickel-plated spools are meant for demanding duty cycles, so it's not a light-duty piece of equipment.
