Part of the Salami VDP08 Series, this work module delivers load-independent flow control through a load-sensing directional valve design where output flow is determined solely by spool position, not by the load acting on any given function. The section is rated for 4.2 GPM pressure-compensated flow and accepts hydraulic proportional control (IP) combined with manual control (NL), making it well-suited for mobile or industrial applications requiring flexible actuation. The double-acting cylinder spool configuration supports bidirectional cylinder control, and work port valves are plugged at PRA and PRB for configuration flexibility. SAE -10 work ports are standard.

Maximum operating pressure reaches 4,560 PSI at port P and 5,000 PSI at ports A and B, with a 145 PSI maximum back pressure limit at outlet port T. The unit is compatible with fluid temperatures from -4°F to 185°F using standard NBR seals and performs optimally within a viscosity range of 12 to 75 cSt. Recommended filtration is ISO 4406: 19/16.
