got a cylinder rod that measures 1 inch, is this packing set the right size or am i reading the numbers wrong

Fit comes down to the ID and OD on the set. This one is 1.00 inch ID, 1.375 inch OD, and about 0.953 inch tall, so it matches a 1 inch rod size with a 1.38 inch housing bore.
