What pressure can this vee packing set actually handle, and does the number of vee rings in the set change that?

Pressure capacity on these sets scales directly with how many vee rings you run. Four vees gets you up to 3,000 PSI, five vees handles up to 5,000 PSI, and if you're working in higher-pressure territory, six vees takes it up to 10,000 PSI.
