What's the deal with the numbers in that ordering code? Like, what do they actually mean?

The code breaks down the contents of the set. The first number tells you how many top nylon adaptors you get, the second is the quantity of urethane vee rings, then the fabric vee rings, and the last number is the bottom nylon adaptors.

got a cylinder that takes a 4.75 ID and 5.50 OD packing, is this set the right size or am i reading that backwards?
