Wondering if this nut will work with stainless steel tubing?

The manufacturer recommends against using this fitting with stainless steel tubing because the tubing's hardness should not exceed Rockwell B65.

got a 1/4 inch tube here, is FC2875-04S the nut that matches up to a 7/16-20 JIC 37 degree flare body?
