Manufactured by Danfoss Power Solutions the Versil Flareless Tube Ferrule is designed specifically for 0.38-inch tubes. Constructed from high-quality FF9605-Series steel this adapter sleeve ensures reliable performance in various industrial applications.

To ensure optimal sealing the initial assembly requires precise tube preparation. Cut the tubing square with a maximum deviation of +/- 1deg; and deburr both internally and externally. Slide the nut and ferrule onto the tube lubricating all mating surfaces for easy installation.

Reassembly is simplified with the Versil Flaretrade; design allowing a minimum of 10 reassemblies. Tightening the nut hand tight and then marking its position before additional tightening ensures a secure fit. Only tubes with a maximum hardness of Rockwell B65 are compatible; stainless steel tubing is not approved.

Maintenance is streamlined with straightforward cleaning protocols to remove any dirt or grit. For consistent results follow the recommended procedures to achieve a strong leak-proof connection every time.

got a 3/8 inch tube i need to make a flareless connection on, this the right ferrule for that?

For a 3/8-inch tube, yes, that's exactly what this ferrule is built around. The B dimension on this part is 0.38 inches, so it matches up with your tube size. Just make sure your tubing isn't harder than Rockwell B65, and note that stainless steel tubing isn't approved for use with this ferrule. Cut the tube square within plus or minus one degree, deburr inside and out, lube the mating surfaces, and you're good to go with assembly.
