VFD120 Series Variable Priority Flow Dividers VFD120RD050G SINGLE PACK | TSK6602-222

Description & Features

The WEBTEC VFD120RD050G is a variable priority flow divider from the VFD120 Series, designed to regulate actuator speeds by adjusting hydraulic flow in demanding industrial systems. Rated to 420 bar (6000 psi) and handling flows up to 19 L/min (5 US gpm), it suits a broad range of hydraulic circuits where flow prioritisation is critical.

A fluid temperature range of -30 to 120 °C (-22 to 248 °F) and an ambient range of -30 to 50 °C (-22 to 122 °F) give this unit reliable service across varied environmental conditions. The cast SG iron body houses hardened steel and high carbon spring steel internals, with NBR/PTFE seals and an aluminium adjustment knob. Porting is via a 1-1/16 inch -12UN SAE ORB connection, and the unit is compatible with mineral oils conforming to ISO 11158. Net weight is 2 kg (4.4 lbs).

Question by: Warren R on Jun 19, 2025, 10:18 PM
what's the max pressure this flow divider can handle? running a pretty high-demand system and don't want to spec something that'll give out on me
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 21, 2025, 12:43 PM
Rated to 420 bar (6000 psi), so it holds up well in high-pressure hydraulic circuits. The body is cast SG iron with hardened steel internals and high carbon spring steel components, which gives it solid durability under sustained load. NBR and PTFE seals round out the construction. For most industrial and mobile hydraulic applications pushing hard, that pressure ceiling is more than adequate.
