The WEBTEC VFD120 Series Variable Priority Flow Dividers are integral in managing hydraulic systems by precisely controlling actuator speeds. With a maximum flow capacity of 45 L/min (12 US gpm) and a pressure tolerance of up to 420 bar (6000 psi), this flow divider ensures reliable performance under demanding conditions. It operates efficiently within a fluid temperature range of -30 to 120 °C (-22 to 248 °F) and ambient temperatures from -30 to 50 °C (-22 to 122 °F), making it suitable for various industrial applications.
Manufactured with robust steel components encased in a cast SG Iron body, and featuring an aluminium knob, the VFD120RD120G model exemplifies durability. The use of hardened steel and high carbon spring steel internally, along with NBR and PTFE seals, enhances its resilience against wear and tear. The flow divider is compatible with mineral oils as per ISO 11158 standards and is equipped with 1-1/16” -12UN #12 SAE ORB porting for seamless integration.

what's the max pressure this flow divider can handle? running a pretty high-pressure circuit and need to know if it'll hold up
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 25, 2025, 7:08 AM
Rated to 420 bar (6000 psi), so it holds up well in demanding high-pressure circuits. The body is cast SG iron with hardened steel internals and high carbon spring steel, which is what lets it handle that kind of load without issue. NBR and PTFE seals are in there as well, so the assembly is built for serious duty, not light-duty stuff.

How does the VFD120 Series Flow Divider handle high pressure situations?
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 24, 2025, 8:41 AM
Capable of withstanding pressures up to 420 bar (6000 psi), this flow divider is built for demanding hydraulic systems. Its steel components and cast SG iron body ensure durability under high pressure, making it ideal for robust applications.
