ANCHOR ANCHOR 2IN BLIND FLANGE

Description & Features

Designed to seal off unused ports in hydraulic manifolds and flanged connections, the Anchor Fluid Power 2in Blind Flange provides a reliable closure solution for Code 62 (CD62) four-bolt flange configurations. At the #16 size designation, this blind flange is suited for capping 2-inch flange ports where flow is not required, preventing contamination and maintaining system integrity.

Manufactured by Anchor Fluid Power, this fitting conforms to the Code 62 high-pressure flange standard commonly used in hydraulic circuits. The O-ring face seal design ensures a leak-free closure at the flange interface without threading or welding.

Got a 2-inch flange port on a manifold that ain't being used right now. This the right cap for that?
Answer by: Customer Support on May 2, 2025, 5:28 PM
For capping an unused 2-inch Code 62 four-bolt flange port, yes, that's exactly what this part is built for. It's the #16 size in the CD62 flange series, and it uses an O-ring face seal to close off the port without any threading or welding involved. Keeps contamination out and holds system integrity right where you need it.

got a code 62 four bolt port that ain’t being used right now. is this the piece that caps it off?
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 15, 2025, 6:57 AM
For a Code 62 (CD62) four-bolt flange port you want to seal shut, this blind flange is made for that job. It closes off a #16 size, 2-inch flange opening so you can keep contamination out and keep the manifold or flanged connection sealed where no flow is needed.

Will this flange fit a standard 2-inch hydraulic port?
Answer by: Customer Support on Feb 20, 2026, 6:46 AM
It's designed for a Code 62 (CD62) four-bolt flange configuration, specifically for 2-inch flange ports. Make sure your system uses this standard for compatibility.
