This 90° elbow is designed for wet exhaust systems. Constructed from molded High-Temperature EPDM, this Wet Exhaust 90° Elbow offers a maximum continuous temperature rating of 250°F. It features a 4.00 inch inside diameter and a clampable outside diameter.
The marine design features heavy-wall construction for use in challenging marine exhaust applications, including compliance with ABYC, NMMA, and ISO standards. Excellent flexibility and a tight bend radius enable easier installations, solving misalignment and space issues. This elbow provides maximum absorption of engine movement, vibration, and noise for quieter performance.

Product Questions & Answers (2)
Question by: Frank H on Apr 1, 2026, 6:38 AM
So this is just for wet exhaust, right? Can't use it for coolant?
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 2, 2026, 4:50 PM
Correct, this elbow is molded for wet exhaust systems only. Reinforced models are available for both wet exhaust and engine coolant systems, but this particular one is specifically for exhaust.
Question by: Todd W on Jun 11, 2025, 7:22 AM
Got a 4-inch wet exhaust system on my inboard and need a 90-degree turn, will this elbow hold up to the heat comin off the engine?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 12, 2025, 6:20 PM
For a 4-inch wet exhaust setup, this is a solid fit. The molded HT EPDM construction carries a 250°F maximum continuous temperature rating, which covers typical wet exhaust conditions when the elbow is installed far enough downstream from the water injection point. Just make sure the actual operating temp at the install location stays within that 250°F ceiling and you're good to go.
