The Danfoss / Eaton Winner 100R4 Hose is engineered for demanding hydraulic applications featuring a robust synthetic rubber construction with 2-ply braid reinforcement. Its design ensures maximum durability under intense conditions and can withstand high pressures making it an optimal choice for industrial environments.
With standard abrasion resistance it is suitable for use in suction applications including hydraulics crude fuel lubricating oils gasoline air water and chemical transfer. The black hose cover material and ink transfer lay line style add to its practicality.
Certified to SAE 100R4 and MSHA approved this hose promises extended lifespan and reliability. It operates effectively within a temperature range down to -40 degrees and accommodates a minimum bend radius of 2.36 inches. Qualified hose fittings such as TTC 4T and Z are specified for compatibility.

Product Questions & Answers (2)
Question by: Terry C on Jun 15, 2025, 9:54 PM
Does this hose hold up for suction line work, or is it more of a pressure-side deal? Asking cause we run it on a fuel transfer setup and need something rated for both crude and gasoline.
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 17, 2025, 5:56 PM
Suction applications are actually one of the main use cases for this hose. It carries an SAE 100R4 rating and is built specifically to handle hydraulics, crude fuel, lubricating oils, gasoline, air, water, and chemical transfer. The 2-ply synthetic fiber braid reinforcement gives it enough structural integrity to resist collapse under suction conditions, so you're not limited to pressure-side use only.
Question by: Gene F on Sep 28, 2025, 11:53 AM
got a suction line on a hydraulic tank, would this 100R4 hose work for that kind of job?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 30, 2025, 7:33 AM
For suction service, SAE 100R4 hose is a common fit, and this one is called out as suitable for suction applications in hydraulics. It is also listed for transfer of crude fuel, lubricating oils, gasoline, air, water, and certain chemical transfer uses, with a conductive construction and standard abrasion resistance.
