got a 1-1/4 inch line on my sandblaster, is this hose actually 1.25 ID and what’s the outside size?
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 23, 2025, 10:45 AM
For sizing, it has a 1.25 inch inside diameter and a 2.16 inch outside diameter, so it matches a 1-1/4 inch ID requirement and gives you the OD you need for couplings that grab the outside of the hose.
Question by: Dustin J on Oct 10, 2025, 8:54 PM
What kind of fittings would y'all recommend for this Wildcat sandblast hose?
Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 12, 2025, 11:20 AM
Sandblast couplings that attach to the outside diameter of the hose work well with this Wildcat hose.
Question by: Terry S on Jul 12, 2025, 9:39 AM
what's the temperature range on this sandblast hose? got a job coming up where it gets pretty cold out and don't want to crack a hose mid-project
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 14, 2025, 6:08 AM
Rated from -40°F up to 158°F, so cold weather shouldn't be a problem for most outdoor work. The natural rubber tube and SBR cover hold up across a wide range, and -40°F gives you a good amount of headroom even in harsh winter conditions.

i need a sandblast hose thats not stiff as a board, how tight will this one bend?
Answer by: Customer Support on Feb 5, 2026, 7:43 AM
For routing and handling, the minimum bend radius on this hose is 5.31 inches. That gives you a clear limit for how tight you can curve it without kinking or stressing the construction.
Question by: Hubert B on May 23, 2025, 8:54 AM
What kind of couplings work best with this hose? Gotta make sure I get the right ones.
Answer by: Customer Support on May 25, 2025, 6:46 AM
This hose is designed for use with sandblast couplings that attach to the outside diameter.
Question by: Dwight C on May 11, 2025, 6:17 PM
what's the pressure rating on this sandblast hose, and is 125 PSI enough for general shop blasting work on steel?
Answer by: Customer Support on May 13, 2025, 5:55 PM
For most shop-level sandblasting on steel, 125 PSI is right in the working range. This hose is rated up to 125 PSI and carries a 1.25 inch inner diameter, which gives you good media flow for surface prep work before painting or sealing. The natural rubber tube and 4-ply textile reinforcement are built to hold up under abrasive conditions, so it handles the wear that comes with moving sand or shot through it regularly.
