The Aeroquip by Danfoss / Eaton FC500 Series Rubber Hydraulic Spiral Hose is designed for high-pressure hydraulic system service with petroleum and water-based fluids. Featuring a synthetic rubber inner tube and a multi-spiral wire reinforcement this hose ensures both durability and reliability.

The outer cover made of Dura-Tuff material offers premium abrasion resistance. The hose's impulse cycle life reaches up to 1 000 000 cycles making it ideal for demanding industrial applications.

With a maximum operating pressure of 5076 PSI and a temperature range from -40F to 260F it is suited for various high-pressure applications. The minimum bend radius is 4.75 inches providing flexibility in installation. The black-colored hose has an embossed lay line style ensuring clear identification.

Running a multi-spiral hose on a press that cycles pretty hard all day long. How many cycles can this one actually handle before it starts giving out?

The multi-spiral wire reinforcement is what carries that load over time. got a tight spot to route this line. how sharp can i bend that FC500-12 hose without kinking it

Minimum bend radius on the FC500-12 is 4.75 inches, so you want your routing to stay at or above that radius to keep it from being forced into a kink.
